A Reliable Las Vegas Trash Valet and Can To Curb Service Provider.
A Reliable Las Vegas Trash Valet and Can To Curb Service Provider.
Scope of Service
CTC provides can-to-curb service and curb-to-can logistics tailored for efficient trash management. Our responsibilities include:
• Moving designated trash bins to the curb or designated collection point
• Returning bins after municipal pickup
• Performing service within the agreed service window
Our responsibility ends once bins are properly positioned at the designated curb location.
Conditions Outside Our Control
CTC is not liable for missed municipal pickups or delays caused by conditions beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:
• Vehicles parked in front of or blocking bins
• Third-party obstruction after placement
• Neighbor relocation of bins
• City roadwork or construction barriers
• Weather events (wind, rain, snow, flooding, extreme heat)
• Municipal schedule changes
• Sanitation truck driver discretion
• Acts of vandalism or tampering
• HOA relocation of pickup zones
Once bins are properly staged, responsibility for pickup lies with the municipal waste authority.
That’s a clean line.
Access Requirements
Service requires unobstructed and safe access to bins. CTC is not liable for missed service if access is prevented due to:
• Locked gates
• Incorrect gate codes
• Inaccessible garages
• Aggressive or unsecured pets
• Hazardous debris around bins
• Unsafe terrain
• Blocked walkways
• Snow/ice accumulation not cleared by resident
• Security denial of entry
If access is restricted, service will be marked “attempted” and not guaranteed.
Safety & Hazard Conditions
CTC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions present safety risks, including:
• Biohazard exposure
• Sharp or exposed objects
• Excessively overloaded bins
• Fire damage or chemical contamination
• Structural instability (stairs, ramps, pavement)
We are a logistics service — not a hazardous waste handler.
Weather & Environmental Disclaimer
CTC operates in typical seasonal weather conditions. However, in severe weather, our Las Vegas trash service may be delayed, modified, or suspended for safety.
High winds may reposition bins after placement. CTC is not responsible for wind relocation after proper staging.
The universe is windy. We are not.
Pet & Animal Policy
For the safety of our technicians:
• Pets must be secured during the service window
• Animal waste must not obstruct the bin path
• Service may be skipped if animals present a safety concern
We love animals. We do not wrestle them.
Post-Placement Responsibility
Once bins are properly placed at the curb:
CTC is not liable for:
• Non-collection by the sanitation provider
• Improper dumping by third parties
• Theft of bins
• Vandalism
• Relocation by neighbors
Our duty ends at correct placement.
CTC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government orders
Utility disruptions
Civil disturbances
Municipal service interruptions
