Curbside Trash Concierge Legal Disclaimers

By enrolling in CTC's in-home valet trash service, the customer authorizes CTC (Curbside Trash Concierge) personnel to enter the residence solely for the limited purpose of trash removal from a designated interior trash location. 

CTC personnel will: 

- Access only the pre-approved trash area 

- Remove bagged household trash only 

- Replace the trash liner 

- Transport trash directly to the exterior curb bin 

CTC personnel will not: 

- Enter bedrooms, bathrooms, or private living spaces beyond the designated area 

- Handle hazardous materials, medical waste, sharp objects, or un-bagged waste 

- Perform cleaning, organizing, sorting, or sanitation services 

- Move furniture or personal property 

Safety, Access & Liability 

Customers are responsible for: 

- Ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the designated trash area 

- Securing pets prior to service 

- Properly bagging trash before service 

CTC is not responsible for: 

- Pre-existing damage within the residence 

- Odors, leaks, or spills caused by improperly bagged trash 

- Items mistakenly placed in trash bags by the customer 

CTC reserves the right to refuse or suspend in-home valet trash service if: 

- Unsafe conditions exist 

- Trash exceeds agreed scope 

- Access instructions are unclear or repeatedly unavailable
